What's The Workshop About?
This feedback skills thing is seriously powerful stuff.
Unfortunately most of us don't get much of it. An occasional "Well done" and sometimes a "That’s not what I wanted" or a "That was good but…" And that's about it. Except that the "but" really hurts and the other words don’t tell us much.
How about if people were told about their performance in a way that was clear, honest, timely and all those good things? Oh, and the way that the feedback was delivered was really motivating too?
That’s what this intensive, three-hour Feedback Skills Workshop is about. How to tell someone about their performance so that it will have the impact that you want. High impact! Positive impact! Powerful impact that leads to action!
It’s about how to be a consistent, professional giver of feedback (a great feedbacker!). And how you can use feedback to motivate as well as develop and improve performance.
Powerful stuff this thing called feedback, seriously powerful stuff.
